Monitor and adjust machinery to ensure proper blending, freezing, and packaging of ice cream products
Perform minor mechanical adjustments to maintain smooth production flow
Measure and mix ingredients according to company recipes and quality standards
Record batch information, temperatures, production quantities, and ingredient usage
Clean and sanitize equipment, utensils, and immediate work areas in compliance with food safety regulations
Inspect ice cream products for texture, consistency, flavor, and appearance to ensure quality standards are met
Identify and report equipment malfunctions, ingredient issues, or product inconsistencies to the supervisor
Adjust process variables such as temperature, mixing time, and freezing levels to maintain product consistency
Maintain accurate shift logs detailing production output, downtime, and quality checks
Package ice cream into containers, cartons, or novelty molds according to company specifications
Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety guidelines at all times
