Job Responsibilities
- Keeping and appropriately filing administrative and all financial records of all cluster locations.
- Organizing and controlling the operations of the whole cluster administrative services by keeping track of audit of each site location and compliance related record.
- Preparing operations briefs for management.
- Making sure each site location is following the strict guidelines, policies and procedures as guided by head office.
- Ensuring each site is stocked with necessary supplies and that all equipment is working and properly maintained and making sure to report all the faulty systems for repair for smooth operations of each site.
- Working with the accounting and management to monitor spending, and process payroll and other expenses.
- Planning, scheduling, and promoting office events, including meetings, conferences, interviews, orientations, and training sessions.
- Collecting, organizing, and storing information using computers and filing systems.
- Overseeing special projects and tracking progress towards company goals.
- Maintaining sufficient inventory of supplies with the help of site manager and / or supervisor.
- Managing and negotiating vendor contracts as per Husky guidelines.
- Ensuring that all electronic data and files are properly safeguarded.
