Sawmill Labourer

Sexton Lumber Co. Limited is the largest sawmill in Newfoundland and Labrador. We pride

We are currently seeking labourers for our sawmill production plant in Bloomfield, NL. The positions
offer permanent, full-time, year-round work. The position is a Monday to Friday day shift, with
total hours between 40 and 60 hours per week. The company offers competitive wages, with a
group insurance plan, and the opportunity for advancement.

Position responsibilities and requirements :

• Tasks will include sorting, piling, and transporting wood products.
• Cleaning machines and work areas
• Ability to work at a high level of productivity in a fast-paced environment.
• Standing for extended periods of time
• The ability to lift thirty pounds.
• Repetitive tasks
• Sawmill Experience is not necessary. The company will train new employees.
• Ability to communicate in English is necessary.
