Job Title: Production Supervisor (Overnight) – Level 2

Employment Type: Permanent / Full-time

Wage: $36.60 per hour

Working Hours: 30~40 hours per week between 7PM to 8AM daily. (ONLY overnight shifts)

Job duties for this position include:

• Monitor key production metrics (labor efficiency, waste, on-time delivery) and suggest improvement actions.
• Assist in optimizing labor scheduling and workflow to control costs and improve efficiency.
• Act as a point of contact in the absence of the Production Manager
• Communicate production updates, challenges, and improvement opportunities to management.
• Supervise, coordinate, and schedule staff activities to produce, package, and deliver our baked goods and products.
• Supervise the staff for the overnight cleaning cycle duties for the appliances and tools etc. in the production on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
• Maintain the record of inventory for the ingredients, materials, and supplies.
• Order the ingredients, materials, and supplies etc. as of the inventory records, if needed. 
• Establish methods to meet work and delivery schedules by coordinating work activities with other departments and wholesalers.
• Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve productivity, efficiency, and product quality.
• Train staff in job duties, safety procedures and company policy.

Job Requirements:

• Language: English
• Completion of Secondary
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the food/beverage service or processing industry, including a minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience is required.
• Must be available to work any shifts during overnight shifts from 7PM to 8AM.
• Must be available to work on ALL holidays and weekends.
