We are currently searching for a Foam Insulators Foreman/woman.
Work Location:
Various sites in the GTA
On the road:
Work locations may vary. Frequent or constant travel is required from the employee.
On site:
Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely
Responsible for overseeing and support active construction projects:
- Prepare production and other reports
- Supervise workers and projects
- Oversee apprenticeship training
- Set up machines and equipment
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
- Read blueprints and drawings
- Leading/instructing individuals
Forman coordinates with site supervisors, project managers, and subcontractors to keep projects moving without delays.
You will be required to train apprentices.
Work setting:
- Construction
Work site environment
- Outdoors
- At heights
Supervision:
1-2 people
- Work under pressure
- Handling heavy loads, repetitive tasks, physically demanding,
- standing for extended periods
- Fast-paced environment
Own tools/equipment:
- Steel-toed safety boots
- Hard hat
- Safety glasses
- Safety vest
- Tools
- Gloves
Personal suitability:

Transportation/travel information
- Valid driver's licence

Terms of Employment:
Permanent Position/35 - 40 hours per week
Hours of Work:
From Monday to Friday
The shift is from 7 am to 3 pm

Requirements:
3-5 years of work experience
Salary:
CAD$ 38.46 per hour as per collective Agreement
