Wage: $130,000 per annum. A bonus may be paid from time-to-time, at the sole discretion of the employer.

JOB DUTIES. The following duties will be performed in this position:
Clinical Assessment & Diagnosis
- Conduct thorough patient histories and physical examinations
- Assess neuromusculoskeletal conditions, functional limitations, and injury mechanisms
- Interpret diagnostic imaging, clinical findings, and relevant medical information
- Develop individualized, evidence-informed treatment plans based on patient needs
Treatment & Patient Care
- Provide chiropractic adjustments and manual therapy techniques
- Deliver soft tissue therapy, mobilization, and rehabilitative care as appropriate
- Educate patients on posture, ergonomics, injury prevention, and self-management strategies
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as clinically indicated
Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory standards
- Complete clinical notes, progress reports, and third-party documentation when required
- Adhere to professional, ethical, and privacy standards governing regulated healthcare practice in British Columbia
Multidisciplinary Collaboration
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals including chiropractors, naturopathic doctors, physiotherapists, massage therapists, acupuncturists, and counsellors
- Participate in coordinated care planning to optimize patient outcomes
- Communicate effectively with internal team members and external healthcare providers as needed
Patient Experience & Professional Conduct
- Provide a high standard of patient care with a focus on safety, respect, and professionalism
- Build and maintain long-term therapeutic relationships with patients
- Uphold the reputation and values of Highlight Health Ltd. through ethical and professional practice
Contribution to Clinic & Community
- Support clinic growth through consistent patient care and retention
- Assist in meeting regional healthcare demand by providing reliable and ongoing chiropractic services

REQUIREMENTS. The successful applicant will possess, at a minimum, the following skills and experience:
- A minimum of three years of university undergraduate in natural science or a related field
- Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree from an accredited chiropractic institution
- Eligible for, or registered with, the College of Chiropractors of British Columbia (CCBC)
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience is required in chiropractic practice
- Ability to practice independently as a regulated healthcare professional in British Columbia
- Excellent diagnostic and clinical reasoning skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- High level of professionalism, ethical judgment, and accountability
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to support a busy clinical environment
- Ability to manage and maintain a high-volume patient caseload (approximately 50 or more patients per day) while delivering consistent, high-quality clinical care
- Commitment to evidence-based practice and continuing professional development.
