Job Duties:
- Create and manage user permissions for internal computer systems and network resources
- Track system functionality and identify issues affecting network or system performance
- Assist staff when they experience technical problems with computers, software, or connectivity
- Review technical references and internal documentation to diagnose problems and apply fixes
- Prepare, install, and configure computers and related tools for new and existing employees
- Support daily business operations by maintaining reliable access to network and online systems
