• Supervise and oversee the lot department staff and bring up and concerns with management
• Delegate work with lot attendant staff to ensure all required tasks are completed
• Ensure lot attendant staff complete tasks on time and to the necessary standards
• Buy equipment and replenish detailing supplies when needed
• Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
• Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers
• May perform key holding and managerial duties if required, such as opening and closing
• Stock-in pre-owned inventory vehicles to ensure documentations and systems are updated and all
vehicles meet mandatory safety inspection and BMW requirements prior to sales and delivery.

SKILLS and KEY QUALIFICATIONS
• College or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
• One year to less than 2 years of related retail or wholesale sales experience at increasing levels of responsibility required.
• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication and listening skills.
• Valid drivers' license with clean driving abstract
