Pho Mien Tay Vietnamese Restaurant Ltd. is a Vietnamese restaurant based in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. The restaurant specializes in authentic Vietnamese noodle dishes, offering traditional flavors in a fast, casual dining setting for local residents and visitors.
To improve the quality of our services and assist with our growing business, we are looking for a Permanent Full-time Restaurant Assistant Manager.
We offer: C$37.00/hr (30-40hrs/wk) with 4% paid vacation.

Job Requirement:
- Secondary (high) school completion.
- Completion of a college or other program related to hospitality or food and beverage service management is an asset.
- 1-2 years of experience in the food service sector.
- Certificate of Foodsafe and Serving It Right.
Job Duties:
- Monitor staff performance and customer service quality
- Assist in managing daily restaurant operations.
- Assist in hiring, training, and supervising staff.
- Help plan and implement service and operating procedures.
- Control inventory, track sales, and assist with cost control.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure health and safety standards are met.
- Coordinate with suppliers and support catering or special event arrangements.
