- Experience: work experience on farms is an asset

Job Responsibilities:
- Clean, cut and cultivate bell peppers
- Plant, cultivate and irrigate crops and seed cutting including growing shoots for optimal development
- Level earth for grade specificateions
- Mixing and apply fertilizers, dose water saturation, and monitor crop growth and development
- Grade bell peppers and divide fresh produce to marketable and non-marketable lots
- Pack and sort produce to market distribution
- Shear and shape plants to maximize
- Hand harvesting produce and harvest seedlings
- Monitor water lines, air flow and temperature on greenhouse
- Will operate various equipments including forklift, fertilizer applicator, seed drill, sprayer etc.
