“O Sushi” Japanese Restaurant located at 742 Granville Street. Vancouver is looking to hire an experienced full time Head Chef. Details are below.

Position: Head Chef

Working Condition: Full Time, Permanent, 30~35 hrs per week

Wage:$36.00~$36.67 per hour

Work Location:742 Granville Street Vancouver BC V6Z 1E4

Job Description:

- Plan food preparation and cooking activities

- Plan menus and ensure food meets quality standards

- Estimate amount and costs of supplies and food items and labour costs

- Prepare and cook food on a regular basis, or for special guests

- Consult with clients regarding weddings, banquets or other special events

- Supervise activities of chefs and cooks

Minimum Qualification Include:

- 3 years of work experience in commercial food preparation including some supervisory experience

- Available on evenings and weekends

- Able to communicate in English

- High School Diploma
