Home Support Worker (NOC 44101) – Live-in Elderly Care

We are seeking a Home Support Worker to assist an elderly person with personal care and daily activities in a private household. Responsibilities include:

• Assist with bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, and toileting
• Support mobility, including safe transfers and walking assistance
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding if required
• Provide medication reminders and support as directed
• Provide companionship and supervise daily routines
• Light housekeeping related to the client (laundry, cleaning the client’s area)
• Observe and report changes in health or behavior to the family
• Accompany the client to appointments as needed

Requirements

• Secondary school completion or relevant experience
• Experience with elderly care is preferred
• Ability to communicate in English is required and Mandarin is preferred
• Reliable, patient, and physically capable for caregiving duties
