Responsibilities

Tasks

 

  • Oversee integrated operations of kitchen, bar, VIP bottle service, and shisha lounge to ensure seamless high-volume nightlife service.
  • Manage premium liquor inventory and bottle service execution, optimizing upselling and per-table revenue performance.
  • Supervise specialized shisha service, including flavor preparation, charcoal handling, and compliance with safety standards.
  • Control ambiance elements such as music, lighting, and floor flow to deliver a curated lounge and nightclub guest experience.
  • Coordinate staffing and service flow for peak evening operations based on reservations, guest lists, and real-time demand.
  • Enforce reservation systems, VIP access, and dress code policies to maintain exclusivity and brand positioning.
  • Analyze revenue streams across food, cocktails, and add-on services to drive menu engineering and profitability.
  • Train staff in advanced mixology, fusion cuisine, and upselling techniques tailored to premium lounge service.
  • Ensure compliance with liquor licensing, health regulations, and responsible alcohol service in a nightlife setting.
  • Execute themed events and promotional campaigns in collaboration with marketing to increase footfall and sales.
