Responsibilities

Tasks

  • Prepare journal entry
  • Communicating with vendors and clients on billing issues
  • Maintaining financial records and filing documents, including for compliance purposes
  • Manage accounts receivable
  • Manage accounts payable
  • Prepare payroll
  • Managing transactions, including cash and cheques or handling petty cash
  • Using spreadsheets like MS Excel and specialized accounting software
  • Invoice clients
  • Collect payments from debtors
  • Perform clerical duties, such as maintain filing and record systems
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Prepare financial statements and reports
