Arjun Building Maintenance Ltd. is hiring a Cleaning Service Manager located at 12899 76 Ave suite 251 Surrey, British Columbia V3W 1E6
Salary: $37.60 hourly
Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
Position: Full time/Permanent
Start Date: As soon as Possible
Language: English
Minimum Education: High School
Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience
Job Duties:

• |
Develops and implements methods, procedures and workflow efficiencies. |

• |
Manage contracts and interact with subcontractors and outside vendors. |
|
• |
Inspect all work performed to ensure it meets company standards and client expectations. |
|
• |
Act as primary point-of-contract for cleaning teams for any questions, concerns or disputes they may have. |
|
• |
Develop and manage the annual operating budget, field reports and inventory. |
|
• |
Promptly respond to any customer inquiries and take actions as soon as possible. |
|
• |
Prepare, implement and establish all the operations of providing services such as cleaning buildings, carpet and other services required. |
|
• |
Other duties as assigned. |
