Job Summary

Drift Motors, a well-established automobile dealership in Brampton, Ontario, is currently hiring a Sales Supervisor – Retail to oversee and coordinate daily sales operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising staff, managing inventory, supporting sales targets, and ensuring excellent customer service in a fast-paced dealership environment.

An active OMVIC license is a mandatory requirement for this position. Only candidates who meet this requirement and are legally authorized to work in Canada will be considered.

Job Description

Drift Motors is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Supervisor – Retail to oversee daily sales operations at our automobile dealership. The successful candidate will supervise staff, manage inventory, ensure excellent customer service, and support sales performance targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate activities of sales staff

• Assign duties and establish work schedules

• Hire, train, and conduct performance reviews

• Authorize payments and merchandise returns

• Order and manage inventory

• Prepare sales, merchandising, and personnel reports

• Resolve customer concerns, complaints, and supply issues

• Sell merchandise and manage cash handling

• Ensure smooth day-to-day dealership operations

Supervision

• Supervises 1–2 employees

Requirements

Education

• College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma (1–2 years)

Experience

• 7 months to less than 1 year in a related retail or sales role

Languages

• English (required)

• Hindi and Punjabi (assets)

Computer Skills

• MS Outlook, Word, Excel, Windows

• Google Drive and Google Docs

Work Conditions

• Fast-paced environment

• Work under pressure and tight deadlines

• Combination of sitting, standing, and walking

• Attention to detail required
