Innovation Roofing Ltd., a well-established roofing company based in Surrey, British Columbia, with many years of industry experience, is seeking three (03) full-time, permanent Roofer Helper (NOC: 75110) to join its growing team.

• Wage: $25.00 per hour
• Hours: 30–40 hours per week
• Vacation Pay: 4% of gross wages paid on each scheduled paycheque
• Start Date: As soon as possible
• Work Location: 9590 Prince Charles Blvd, Surrey, BC, V3V 1S6 (This position involves multiple job locations across the Lower Mainland, British Columbia, as work is performed at various client and project sites depending on operational requirements.

Requirements

• Education: Completion of secondary school
• Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of relevant experience
• Language: English

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist roofers in installing, repairing, and replacing roofs using materials such as shingles, membranes, metal panels, and flashing
• Load, unload, and transport roofing and construction materials, tools, and equipment to and from job sites
• Assist in setting up and dismantling ladders, scaffolding, and safety barriers under the supervision of senior roofers
• Remove old roofing materials, nails, and debris from roofs
• Clean and pile salvaged materials for reuse, recycling, or disposal
• Pass materials and tools to roofers during roofing installation and repair work
• Assist in measuring, cutting, and preparing roofing materials as directed
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of tools, equipment, and work areas
• Remove rubble and other debris from roofing and construction sites
• Follow workplace safety procedures and use personal protective equipment at all times
• Carry out other general labour duties related to roofing work as required
