General Construction Labourer

• Move tools, equipment, and other materials to and from work areas
• Assisting the tradesman in installing drywalls on walls and ceilings.
• Clean the work area at the end of day and whenever required during working hours.
• Place the tools and equipment at the designated place after every use.
• Dispose of the waste in the proper place.
• Removing debris, garbage, and materials from sites using basic equipment such as shovel, broom, rake, and wheelbarrow.
• Assist with assembling, installing, or removing barricades, ramps, temporary structures, and scaffolding.
• Loading and unloading materials and ensuring that it is distributed appropriately.
• Combine and apply appropriate materials to various surfaces or areas, as per the instruction of the tradesperson.
• Operating and maintaining tools and equipment as instructed by tradesperson.
• Perform other labouring tasks as required and as directed by a tradesperson or site manager.

Job Requirements:
• Completion of high school would be an asset. You are welcome to apply without any formal education.
• Any previous experiences would be an asset.
• Willingness to undertake training if necessary.
• Physically fit
• Able to lift 50+ pounds
