JOB RESPONSIBILITIES ARE LISTED BELOW:

• Operate computerized testing systems to conduct quality control tests on devices.
• Assess the software functionality as well as physical attributes of the devices.
• Determine the nature, cause, and location of service trouble.
• Diagnosing faults if detected to guide repair team with what the faults are.
• Dispatch appropriate repair personnel.
• Configure operating systems & install/update software in devices by using various tools.
• Remove the passwords or factory reset protection from devices with software.
• Log all devices in inventory tracking software, reading reports from the system.
• Ensuring forensic data wipe of devices.
• Provide the estimate repair quote.
• Assist repair personnel to test lines, circuits and systems, isolate and clear cable faults and verify records.

Work Location:           6740 Davand Drive suite 6 Mississauga, Ontario L5T 2K9

Salary:                               $37.00/hr.

Hours:                                35 hours per week

Position type:               Full-time & Permanent

Qualifications:

Experience:                     7 months to 1 year of similar experience is required

Education:                       High School

Language:                        English
