Job Duties:

§  Assign work duties, monitor performance, and ensure productivity and accuracy targets are met during depot operations.

§  Assist management with workflow improvements and efficiency planning to support depot service standards.

§  Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety standards, environmental regulations, and company policies.

§  Oversee inventory control of recyclable materials, supplies, and equipment, and place orders as required.

§  Resolve operational issues, staff concerns, and customer complaints, and implement corrective actions when needed.

§  Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the daily activities of staff responsible for receiving, counting, sorting, and processing recyclable beverage containers.

§  Train new employees on depot procedures, cash handling, safety protocols, and environmental compliance requirements.
