Indian Specialty Cook

2408904 Ontario Inc. O/A Woodbine Banquet and Convention Centre Located at 30 Vice Regent Blvd, Etobicoke, ON, M9W 7A4 requires 3 Indian Specialty Cook on Permanent/Full time basis.

• Wage: $36 per hour
• Hours: 30 hours or above per week
• Education – Secondary School
• Experience required - Must have 2 years to less than3 years of verifiable experience as an Indian Specialty Cook.

Job Duties

• Prepare Indian meals for parties with ethnic taste and texture
• Organize and oversee banquet buffet.
• Suggest Recipe Combinations and Fusions for special party orders
• Overlook the stock level and assist in ordering dairy, fresh produce, meat and dry goods as per the requisitions and requirements of kitchen.
• Plan the menu, size of food portion, estimates food requirements and costs as per party size
• Dealing with customer concerns related to food.
