2 Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day retail store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning
Lead, train, schedule, and supervise sales and floor staff
Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability
Ensure high standards of customer service and handle customer complaints professionally
Oversee inventory management, ordering, stocking, and loss prevention
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
Prepare sales reports, analyze trends, and manage budgets
Coordinate promotions, merchandising, and product displays
Maintain store cleanliness, security, and operational standards
Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and management as required
Qualifications & Requirements
High school diploma required; diploma or degree in Business, Commerce, or Retail Management preferred
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in retail sales or store management
Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
Knowledge of inventory control, merchandising, and POS systems
Ability to handle cash management and basic accounting reports
Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Physically able to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting
