Position: First Cook
Working Hours: Full-Time, Permanent position (30~40 hours a week)

Wage: $25/hour

Main Duties:

Ÿ   Prepare and cook cuisine from the menu

Ÿ   Assist in planning menus and determine size of food portions

Ÿ   Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling food

Ÿ   Supervise kitchen staffs

Ÿ   Ensure to maintain high quality of foods

Ÿ   Monitor and order supplies, ingredient and equipment

Ÿ   Oversee kitchen operations

Ÿ   Prepare buffets and banquets when needed

Requirements:

- 3 years of commercial cooking experience

- High school diploma or higher

- Ability to communicate in English
