Athletic Jiu-Jitsu trainer

Terms of Employment:Permanent, Full Time

Salary: $36.60 Hourly, for 40 Hours per week

Available positions: 1

Anticipated Start Date:As soon as possible

Location: 4029 Hastings St., Burnaby BC V5C-2J1

Education: High school diploma is required - A degree in physical education or National Coaching Certificate program is an asset

Experience:Minimum 3 years of experience is required.

Languages:Oral and Written English is required

Duties:

• Identify strengths and weaknesses of the athletes

• Plan, develop and implement training and practice sessions

• Nurture and develop athletes' potential skills and abilities

• Develop, plan and coordinate competitive schedules and programs

• Motivate and prepare athletes for competitive events or games

• Formulate competitive strategies, develop game plans, direct athletes and athletic events

• Analyse and evaluate athletes' performances and modify training programs.
