Responsibilities

Tasks

  • Manage day-to-day office operations and workflow.
  • Supervise administrative staff and assist them with tasks and performance.
  • Schedule and organize meetings, appointments, and work calendars.
  • Maintain and update office documents, files, and records.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries professionally.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment and arrange orders and repairs when needed.
  • Track office expenses and assist with budget planning and cost control.
  • Coordinate with other departments, vendors, and external partners.
  • Ensure that office policies and procedures are followed.
  • Prepare reports and share updates with senior management regularly.
  • Maintain confidentiality of client and company information.
  • Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training new staff.
  • Support special projects and complete additional administrative tasks assigned by management.
