We, Lael Juel Kang's Sushi Bar/ Bento Sushi are a modern Thai restaurant. We are currently hiring 2 full-time, permanent Kitchen Helpers for our restaurant. (We can consider Part-time as well as Full-time applicants.)

Position: Kitchen Helper
Terms of Employment: Full-time, Permanent
Work location: 18 3 Ave NE, Dauphin, MB R7N 0Y6
Wage & Benefit: $16.00/hr based on 33-37.5hrs/wk with 4% paid vacation
Overtime: Overtime rate provided after 8 hrs/day, or 40 hrs/wk
Education: Completion of Secondary School
Experience: Not required (But, experience in food industry is considered as an asset).

Job duties:
- Assist cooks when needed with preparation the ingredients including washing, chopping, peeling, cutting, and stocking supplies
- Wash, clean kitchen area including tables, cupboards, appliances, equipment
- Handle and store cleaning products, sharpen kitchen knives
- Remove trash and clear kitchen garbage containers
- Unpack and store restaurant supplies in refrigerators, cupboards, and other storage areas.
