Responsibilities

Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the work of cleaning staff

Hire, train, and support new cleaning employees as needed

Inspect sites, rooms, and facilities to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are consistently met

Organize daily work activities and assign tasks to team members

Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report shortages

Coordinate cleaning activities with other departments or building management

Ensure compliance with workplace safety procedures and company policies

Address client or management concerns professionally and promptly
Requirements

Secondary (high school) education required
-
1 to 2 years of experience in cleaning or supervision

Strong communication and team-leadership skills
-
Ability to work on-site; no remote option

Knowledge of cleaning methods, safety protocols, and WHMIS (an asset)

Ability to work flexible hours when required
