We,1326106 Alberta Ltd. o/a Boyle Motor Inn are looking for a full-time, permanent Cook. (We can consider Part-time as well as Full-time applicants)

Terms of Employment: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $16.50/hr-$17.50/hr based on 30-36hr/wk

Benefit: 4% vacation pay & overtime will be paid after 8hours/day, 44hours/week

Work Location: 5101 Railway Avenue, Boyle, AB, T0A 0M0

Work Setting: Restaurant, Bar in Motel

Education: Completion of Secondary School

Experience: At least 1-2 years related working experience or completion of culinary program

Job duties:

- Prepare and cook dishes using recipes

- Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances

- Prepare and trim necessary ingredients for our menu

- Ensure food is prepared on time for all service periods by meeting food safety and quality standards

- Ensure all operations follow safety and health guidelines in accordance with Government public health & sanitation regulations

- Minimizing waste to ensure Food Cost meets

- Train and supervise the kitchen staff in order to ensure productivity in the kitchen and assist as needed
