Kitchen Supervisor

CORK & CRAFT TAPHOUSE located at 40330 Tantalus Road, Squamish BC V8B 0G2, is looking to hire a Kitchen Supervisor

Job duties:

• Establish methods to meet work schedules
• Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
• Establish work schedules
• Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
• Must have knowledge of the establishment's culinary genres
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
• Ensure food service and quality control
• Supervise and check assembly of trays
• Estimate and order ingredients and supplies
• Prepare food order summaries for chef
• Prepare and submit reports

Employment requirements: Two years of related work experience; Completion of secondary (high) school

1 full time- permanent position /40 hours per week

Wage offered: $18 per hour

NOC: 2006:6212; 2011:6311

Language: English
