Squamish Samurai Sushi is looking for a skillful and energetic manager for our downtown location!

Position: Manager
Position Available: 1

Working Conditions:

• Permanent, Full-time
• Wage: $27.00 per hour
• Working hours: 35~40 hours per week

Job Duties:

• Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate the daily operation and report it to the owner, if needed.
• Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures.
• Control and monitor inventory and place orders for daily business.
• Build staff work schedules considering season, events, and vacation requests etc.
• Oversee staff training and coach based on their performance.
• Resolve customer complaints.
• Make sure health and safety regulations are followed.

Requirements:

• Language: English
• Education: Completion of high school
• Experience: 2~3 years of experience in the food service sector including minimum 1 year of supervisory experience
• Must be available to work at least one day on weekend
