Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Job Duties:
- Read specifications to determine quantities of materials required
- Apply & mix paints, stain, varnish, and enamel on commercial & residential buildings
- Mixing and thinning paint to obtain desired colour and texture
- Using various painting equipment such as spray gun, brusher, rollers or other equipment to paint the surface area
- Working mostly with ladders or scaffolding in variable heights inclusive painting from rooftops (hook ladders)
- Daily job site clean-up which include garbage removal, recycling, cleaning up paint chips
- Attending and participating in weekly team meetings to schedule and transfer key information for upcoming projects
- Performing other duties as assigned by the Construction Manager.
