Currently, we are hiring enthusiastic, passionate about sales  Sale Manager with the motivation and right attitude to join our winning team.  The successful candidate should:

Speak English, have college diploma in business or in a related field preferably with a specialization in sales. Enthusiasm with high energy throughout the sales and experience can substitute education requirement.

Experience 2-3 years.

We offer very competitive salary $53 per hour. It is a permanent full -time job with 40 hours per week   plus great Medical Benefits.

Your duties will be:

To communicate with customers and carrier contacts. To establish and maintain customer relationship, assess client specific needs,  promote the services of the organization to achieve the sales goals. To negotiate business on behalf of the organization, to quote pricing and negotiate lanes directly with customers. To organize regional and divisional sales operations, to
establish organizational policies and procedures in relation to sales, to recruit, organize, train and manage staff, to work with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages, to conduct performance reviews, to design strategies to sell the services of the company. The strategies may include cold-calling, lead generation through relationship selling processes, occasional face-to-face client visits.
