We are looking for a friendly customer service/data entry clerk who has excellent communication skills on the telephone and by email, as this is predominantly how we communicate with our customers, excellent problem solving skills and high attention to detail. Applicants must be able to work in a fast paced environment, with the ability to prioritize urgent matters while communicating closely with dispatch and other office members.
This job involves on a daily basis; answering the phone and replying/sending emails. Tracking and tracing shipments, setting up and following through on customers appointments, meeting deadlines, attention to daily paperwork, taking responsibility for tasks in hand. Must have excellent computer skills and organization skills.
Applicants must have; Excellent English skills; reading, writing, speaking and listening.
Skilled in Excel spreadsheets, Outlook, Word documents and Google search. Will be trained on use of our tack and trace websites.
Confident phone manner and must be conscientious and detailed with all areas of the job.
Willing to learn [on the job training will be provided].
We are a small team but always busy, so someone who is adaptable and willing to cover other areas of the job is essential.
