Good Heart Investment Inc. o/a Days Inn & Suites Airdrie currently looking for a full-time, permanent Housekeeping Manger. (We can consider Part-time as well as Full-time applicants)

Position: Housekeeping Manager (1 Vacancy)

Employer: Good heart Investment Inc. o/a Days Inn & Suites Airdrie

Work location: 911 Highland Park Cove NE, Airdrie, AB, T4A 0R2

Salary: $20.50/hr-$21.50/hr based on 30-36 hr/wk & overtime provided after 44hrs  

Paid Vacation: 4% vacation pay

Language: English

Education & Experience:

-       Completion of secondary school is required

-       1~2 years of relevant work experience

Job duties:

-       Establish and implement operational procedures for the housekeeping department

-       Plan and co-ordinate the activities of housekeeping staffs

-       Inspect assigned areas to ensure the work meet motel policies and standards

-       Arrange for maintenance and repair of equipment and machinery

-       Maintain inventory and select and purchase equipment

-       Hire, train and manage a motivated and housekeeping staffs

-       Maintain documentational prepare reports for management information and annual housekeeping budget

-       Monitoring the quality of employee performance and participate in the evaluation, coaching and discipline of employees, when necessary

-       Prepare work schedules of the housekeeping team effectively, in relation to motel occupancy

-       May perform the same duties as workers supervised
