Main Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and schedule activities of workers
• Establish methods to meet jobs schedules and recommend measures to improve productivity and quality
• Supervise workers and projects
• Set up machines and equipment
• Requisition materials and supplies
• Train or arrange for training
• Recommend personnel actions
• Resolve problems following company’s policies and procedures
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
• Prepare work progress reports
