Dispatchers Supervisor

Chohan Freight Forwarders Ltd. a well-known transportation company based at 26116 31B Ave, Langley, BC – V4W 2Z6 is looking for One full-time, permanent Dispatchers Supervisor (NOC:1215) to join their company.

 Minimum Requirements:

1. Completion of High School is required.
2. More than 2 years of experience in related field is required.
3. Knowledge of English language.

Work Locations: 26116 31B Ave, Langley, BC – V4W 2Z6.

Compensation & Wages:

1. $26.00/hr. for 40 Hours per week + 4% Vacation pay on each schedule pay cheque
2. 5 Days of Sick leave per year

The designated employee would be responsible for the reviewing, assigning and supervision of other employees works those are engaged in the performing the following duties:

1. Shipping, receiving and distributing of materials
2. Plan, organize and oversee operational logistics of the organization
3. Scheduling transportation crews and routes
4. Ensuring on-time dispatch and delivery of shipments by collaborating with required departments
5. Prepare and manage the work schedule of the workers
6. Make sure all the paper work is fully checked and complete before the dispatch
7. Supervisor the activities and work performance of the dispatchers
8. Order the materials and supplies as per the requirements
9. Hire and arrange the necessary training for the workers.
10. Resolve customers complaints and other worker related issue.
11. Make sure all safety procedures are followed.
