Farm Supervisor

UPPAL FARMS & GREENHOUSES LTD is currently looking for One Farm Supervisor (NOC Group: 8252)

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Salary: $ 18.50/hour for 30-40 hours/week

Benefits: Vacation Pay 4%.

Education: Completion of High school education is required.

Experience: 1-2 years of experience in related is required.

Basic English Skills 

Start Date of Employment (Approx.): As soon as possible

Job Duties include:

• Co-ordinate, assign and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting laborer’s
• Supervise and oversee breeding and other livestock-related programs
• Supervise, monitor and enforce procedures to maintain animal and crop health and welfare
• Supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations
• Supervise maintenance of infrastructure, equipment, and supplies
• Develop work schedules and establish procedures
• Ensure farm safety, food safety and security and bio-security procedures are followed
• Maintain quality control and production records
• May perform general farm duties.
