Restaurant Manager

Ukee Peninsula Motel is currently looking for a Restaurant Manager (NOC: 0631)

Business Address: 1666 Peninsula Rd, Ucluelet, BC V0R 3A0
Location of work: Same as business address, willing to relocate

Main Duties:
• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
• Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance
• Monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices
• Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
• Recruit, train and supervise staff
• Address customers' complaints or concerns
• Provide customer service
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed

Requirements:
• College diploma in related field is an asset
• 2 years of related work experience

Wage: $20.50-22.50 per hour
Positions available: 1
Hours: 40 Hour/week
