Bus Driver

Duties& Responsibilities:

• Operate buses to transport passengers
• Perform pre-trip, en route and post-trip inspection and oversee all aspects of vehicle
• Report delays, mechanical problems and accidents
• Communicate with passengers and dispatchers
• Provide passengers with information on fares, schedules and stops
• Collect fares and record transactions
• Provide sightseeing information
• Direct passengers during emergency evacuation procedures
• Deal with difficult passengers and resolve any conflicts in a proper manner
• Complete logbooks and reports

Requirement&skills:
• Completion of Secondary Education
• On the job training
• Class 2 driver’s licence
• Minimum one year of safe driving experience
• Good knowledge of the geographical area to be covered

NOC 2006: 7412; NOC 2011: 7512
3 Full time-permanent positions available
Hours: 40 Hours per Week
Salary: $30.50-32.50 per hour
Language: English
