Sansho Sushi & Japanese Dining (JHC Restaurant LTD) in North Vancouver is looking for Full-time cooks to join our team.

Job duties:

-Prepare ingredients and cook all food items from the menu

-Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment

-Oversee kitchen operations

-Train Kitchen helpers with advanced cooking skills

-Clean kitchen and work area

Requirements:

-Completion of Secondary school

-Minimum 2 years of cooking experience

-Completion of a college or other programs in cooking is an asset

Terms of employment: Full-time and Permanent

Working conditions: 8 hrs per day / 40 hrs per week

The language of work: English

Wage: $16~$18 per hour (negotiable based on experience)

Benefit: 10 days paid vacation per year
