P & K Trading Ltd. o/a Treeline Motel & Restaurant in Hudson Bay, SK is looking for a Full-time & permanent Cook (We can consider Part-time as well as Full-time applicants)

Terms of Employment: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: C$15.00/hr-C$16.00/hr based on 30-36hr/wk

Benefit: 15days paid vacation & overtime will be paid after 8hrs per day, 40 hours per week

Work Location: PO Box 988, 470 Hwy 3 West, Hudson Bay, SK S0E 0Y0

Work Setting: Restaurant, Motel

Education: Completion of Secondary School

Experience: At least 1-2 years of commercial cooking experience or Completion of Culinary program

Job duties:

-Prepare and cook meals or individual dishes

-Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances

-Oversee kitchen helpers and kitchen operation

-Participate of menus plan, determine side of food proportions

-Estimate food requirements and costs

-Clean kitchen and work areas

-Train new recruitment cooks or kitchen helpers at work
