Technical Sales Specialist

We, KCP Concrete Pumps Ltd. o/a KCP Concrete Pumps are looking for a Full-time, Permanent Technical Sales Specialist.  (We can consider Part-time as well as Full-time applicants)

Position: Technical Sales Specialist

Work location: 201-5769 Production Way, Langley, BC, Canada V3A 4N5

Salary: $26.00/hr-$36.00/hr depending on experience, based on 36-40 hr/wk & overtime rate provided after

8hrs/day, and 40hrs/wk   

Paid Vacation: 4% paid vacation

Position Available: 1

Work Setting: Concrete pump assembly and manufacture company

Language: English

Education & Experience:

• A university degree or college diploma
• At least 5 ~10 years related working experience
• A Class 3 driver's license and a good driving record is an asset

 Job duties:

• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems related to the equipment

• Estimate costs of service quotes and prepare service orders.

• Maintain and update service knowledge to explain features to clients and answer questions about goods or services

• Provide in-person training and ongoing support to new clients

• Consult with clients after sale to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support

• Assess market conditions and competitors' activities and develop an awareness of emerging markets and trends

• Maintain and grow sales relationships with existing clients thru updating knowledge and some extra service

• Provide product feedback to the manufacturer if necessary

• May supervise the activities of other staff in the Service Department.

• May work on equipment with tools if necessary

• Prepare and administer sales contracts and maintain customer records if necessary
