"AVS Cleaning Solutions Inc.” a well know cleaning company based at Aldergrove BC, is looking for One full-time, permanent Cleaning Supervisor (NOC:6315)

Work Location: As per the business contracts with business based at 27090 18 Ave Aldergrove.

Required:
• Completion of High school is required
• 1-2 year of experience in related field is required.
• Basic English Knowledge

Compensation and benefits:
• Wages : $20.00-$27.50/hr. (Depending upon experience)
• Hours : 40 hours per week
• 4% Vacation pay
• 5 days of sick leave per year
• Other benefits as per BC Employment Standards Act.
• Salary will be paid Bi-weekly

Job Duties:
• Supervise the activities of cleaners.
• Prepare the work schedule for cleaning staff.
• Do the regular inspection of work site to check if work is done properly.
• Make sure all the work performed with safety and cleanliness standards.
• Prepare and maintain the financial records and prepare the budget for the expenditures.
• Hire staff and arrange necessary training for them.
• May need to perform general cleaning duties, if required.
