1326106 Alberta Ltd. o/a Boyle Motor Inn is looking for a full-time, permanent Food Service Supervisor. (We can consider Part-time as well as Full-time applicants)

Salary: $18.30 - $19.30 based on 30-36hr/wk

Benefit: 4% Vacation Pay & overtime will be paid after 8hrs per day, 44 hours per week

Work Location: 5101 Railway Avenue, Boyle, AB, T0A 0M0

Work Setting: Restaurant, Bar in Motel

Education: Completion of Secondary School

Experience: At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience or completion of college program in food service administration, hotel and restaurant management or related discipline

Job duties:

-       Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of restaurant & bar staff

-       Know the food and beverage menus of the restaurant & Bar and make recommendations to the customers

-       Train staffs in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures

-       Estimate and order ingredients and supplies for restaurant & bar

-       Ensure food and service quality meets the company’s standards

-       May assist in the hiring process for restaurant & bar

-       Assist and report to the manager regarding staff performance, budgeting, and inventory

-       Keep records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
