We, 102015826 Saskatchewan LTD. o/a Leask Mart are looking for a full-time, permanent Retail Sales Supervisor. (We can consider Part-time as well as Full-time applicants)

Position: Retail Sales Supervisor
Employer: Leask Mart
Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-time
Salary: $18.30/hr - $19.30/hr depend on experience based on 30-36hr/wk with 15 days paid vacation
Overtime: Overtime will be provided after 8hrs/day, and 40hrs/wk

Work Setting: Grocery, Supermarket

Education: Completion of Secondary School
Experience: At least 1-2 years sales experience
Language: English
Job Description:
- Oversee activities of store staff, which includes working on floor, and the cash registers
- Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
- Authorize payments by cheque, debit, or credit card, and the return of merchandise
- Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
- Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise
- Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
- Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff
- Ensure compliance to health and safety standards, especially follow public health orders of COVID-19
- Sell merchandise to customers if necessary
