Specific Skills

  1. Supervise the day-to-day operations of records management, staff management, and other administrative services
  2. Develop targets, timelines, and processes to successfully manage administrative tasks and workflows
  3. Establish policies and procedures for maintenance of administrating relevant records
  4. Draft and release the company’s resolutions, decisions, and other documents;
  5. Submit various documents by category to play a role in linking the previous;
  6. Plan, administer and control budgets for office equipment and supplies
  7. Implement recruitment, training, and professional development processes for staff
  8. Organize and supervise office activities such as recycling, purchasing, maintenance and repair, and event planning

Other requirements

  1. 3 to 5 years’ experience in an administrative manager position required
  2. Completion of a college diploma required, undergraduate degree preferred
  3. Well-developed organizational, analytical, and communication skills
  4. Proven capacity to multi-task and handle a high volume of work to meet deadline
  5. Aptitude for attention to detail and accuracy are essential
  6. Advanced skill level using Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
