About the Role:
We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Apartment Building Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate takes pride in maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming common areas for all residents. This role is essential to creating a positive living environment in our buildings.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain all common areas, including hallways, lobbies, stairwells, laundry rooms, and elevators
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust regularly
• Clean entrance glass and doorways
• Remove garbage from common areas and manage waste disposal
• Clean apartments prior to new tenants moving in
• Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to management
• Ensure building cleanliness standards are consistently met
• Seasonal tasks, such as light snow shoveling or salting entryways (if applicable)

Qualifications:

• Previous cleaning or janitorial experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently
• Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed
• Must have own vehicle to travel between buildings

Hours & Compensation:

• 8 hour day shifts Monday to Friday
• $19 – $21 an hour based on experience.  Health benefits after 3 month probationary period.
