Job Description
A fast-growing company Save on Dry Cleaning have full-time permanent opportunity for 01 Dry Cleaning Services Manager for their business on various locations. Duties are mentioned below:
• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of 1114080 BC Ltd dba Save On Dry Cleaning providing services of dry cleaning in Surrey BC
• Resolve customer complaints/any work related-issues
• Monitor quality of services and production levels on premises
• Establish or implement policies and procedures for staff
• Plan and control budget and inventory
• Respond to inquiries or complaints and resolve problems
• Manage contracts for advertising or marketing strategies
• Hire, train and supervise staff.
Requirements:
• Completion of secondary school is required.
• 2-3 years of experience ideally in the Dry-Cleaning Services or customer service are required.
• Good communication skills in English.
Benefits: 4% vacation pay of the gross salary will be paid each pay period.
