JOB DESCRIPTION

Coaching

• Coaching TOCA Kids sessions as scheduled
• Coaching TOCA Kids Programs
• Onboarding & coaching clinics and training new staff.

Day to Day Facility Management

• Daily Facility Tasks
• Equipment/facility care and management
• Maintenance tracking
• General Facility Upkeep
• TOCA Matenation, maintenance task distribution
• Daily staff/coach management in Support of Manager
• Tasking, Session notes
• Assistant operator daily reports

Facility Upkeep/Standards

• Ensuring the facilities keep impeccable cleanliness, and visual organization standards.
• Maintenance larger items, Turf, SC, TOCA, Etc.
• Organizing equipment, session plans, set-up

In-Person Admin/CRM

• In-person customer inquiries and service
• Membership sales and customer care
• Managing customer inquiries for the kid’s line

Skills & Qualifications:

• Completion of Bachelor’s degree in related field is required. Any further higher education/program/certification would be considered an asset.
• 1-2 years of experience in related field is required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; effective and empathetic listener
• Demonstrates good judgment and decision-making capabilities.
• Positive attitude, high character, relationship builder and a team player
• Willingness to learn: An individual that is teachable, coachable, moldable, and a continuous learner
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time, bend and lift up to 50 lbs.

Communication and Technological Skills:

• Team leadership skills
• Conflict resolution skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to detail and follow-up with co-workers and supervisors
• Ability to use technology to help the company before more efficient and effective

Wages & Compensation:

Salary: $25.50/hr. for 40hrs. per week + 4% Vacation Pay.

Overtime: 1.5 times of basic salary after every 8 hrs. per day & 40hrs per week.
