0976621 BC Ltd. DBA Great Pizza located at Unit 203 15988 Fraser Hwy Surrey, BCV4N 0X8, a popular pizza and fast-food restaurant, has a vacancy for a Pizza Cook. Position is Full time, 40 hrs/week, @/$16.50 /hr. Job duties involve: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies, inspect kitchens and food service areas, train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food, order supplies and equipment, supervise kitchen staff and helpers, maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment, clean kitchen and work areas, recruit and hire staff, manage kitchen operations. Applicants must have completed high school with 1 to less than 7 months of experience in commercial cooking or have a completion of college or other program in cooking.
