Education: Secondary school graduation

Work Experience: 5 years

Job Duties

1) Oversee, direct and coordinate activities of workers engaged in preparing samples of products; 2) Assess daily work, performance evaluations, training needs; 3) Coordinate the flow of sample requests, sample orders, labeling/relabeling of products, packing/re-packing of items and creation of work orders; 4) Identify the process improvements for samples; 5) Ensure deadlines are met; 6) Ability to supervise 11-15 workers.
